Do you really charge 0% transaction fees?
Yes — on every plan. We never take a cut of your subscription orders; you pay a flat monthly price that scales by subscriber count.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, in USD — charges land on your normal Shopify invoice, prorated automatically when you switch plans. The subscriber experience itself — portal, checkout, emails — is built EU-first.
What happens if I have more subscriptions than my plan?
You move up a tier. Plans are sized by active-subscription count; you only pay for the band you’re in.
Does migrating cost anything?
Migration tooling is included from the Start plan, and done-for-you migration is included on Scale. You import a CSV from Recharge, Skio, Bold, Appstle, or Seal with billing dates intact.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contract. Uninstalling stops billing; existing subscription contracts on your store are unaffected.
